By accessing or using Proposl ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of Proposl, including users on the free tier and paid subscribers. Proposl reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Proposl is an AI-powered proposal generation tool designed for freelancers, consultants, and independent professionals. The Service allows users to generate professional business proposals by providing project details, which are then processed by an AI to produce written proposal content.
Proposl is provided as-is and is intended as a writing assistance tool. Generated proposals should be reviewed by the user before sending to clients.
To use Proposl, you must create an account via our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Free Plan: Free accounts are limited to 3 proposals in total. Additional proposals may be earned through referrals. The free tier is provided at no cost and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Pro Plan (US$9/month): The Pro plan provides unlimited proposal generation on a monthly subscription basis. Billing occurs monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal.
Lifetime Plan (US$49 one-time): The Lifetime plan provides 100 proposals per month, resetting on the 1st of each month, for a single one-time payment. This plan does not renew and includes all future updates to the Service.
Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period.
Lifetime purchases are non-refundable. As a one-time payment for perpetual access, all sales are final.

You agree not to use Proposl to:
Proposl reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice or refund.
Your content: You retain full ownership of the proposals generated through your use of Proposl. The output produced by the Service based on your inputs is yours to use, edit, and distribute as you see fit.
Our property: The Proposl platform, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology, remains the intellectual property of Proposl. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership of the platform to you.
By using the Service, you grant Proposl a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your proposals. We do not use your proposal content to train AI models.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proposl and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Proposl does not guarantee that proposals generated by the Service will result in successful client engagements, proposal wins, or any particular business outcome. Generated content is a writing aid and not professional legal or business advice.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Proposl in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
